11 Litre Cooler Friendly [RETURNABLE BOTTLE] - Must Be Returned When Empty

These bottles are our own manufactured, water grade P.E.T single use bottles which are recycled after use, having less of an impact on the environment. Although researchers report that P.E.T. bottles are safe to re-use so long as they are washed properly with detergent and water to remove any possible traces of bacteria that might have developed if you left the bottle lid open for some time etc BUT we highly recommend that the bottle is disposed of after first use.

Delivery and Bottle Care Information

To help us complete your delivery safely and efficiently, please leave all empty bottles outside before 8:00 am on the morning of your scheduled delivery. Mangrove Mountain Spring Water provides a contactless delivery service, and our drivers may need to enter gates or secured areas to complete your delivery.

Delivery Requirements

- Please ensure all pets are safely secured before our driver arrives. Mangrove Mountain Spring Water cannot be held responsible if a pet escapes when a gate or door is opened to complete a delivery.

- If you are unable to restrain your pet, please provide alternative delivery instructions before your scheduled delivery day.

- Customers living in apartment buildings or properties with secured access must contact our team in advance so appropriate delivery instructions can be added for the driver.

- Please order the correct quantity, as refunds are not available once the 15-litre spring water bottles have been delivered.

Care of Returnable 15-Litre Bottles

Our 15-litre bottles remain the property of Mangrove Mountain Spring Water and are collected for reuse. The number of bottles returned is recorded with each delivery.

- After consuming the spring water, please do not rinse, refill or reuse the bottles.

- Keep empty bottles out of direct sunlight and away from heat when leaving them outside for collection or exchange.

- Temperatures above 55°C may deform the bottles, as they do not contain BPA additives.

- If a bottle has been damaged, please attach a note to it so our team is aware.

- A replacement fee of $15 per bottle applies to any bottle that is lost, damaged or not returned. This fee covers the cost of replacing the bottle.

- Empty bottles are collected when your next delivery is made as part of our carbon-neutral program.

If you are no longer using our service, Mangrove Mountain Spring Water will collect your remaining bottles free of charge. Please contact our team to arrange a suitable collection date.
