What spring water sizes are available?
Our current range includes 350ml bottles in 12-packs, 600ml bottles in 12-packs, 1.5-litre bottles in 6-packs, and larger 5L, 10L, 11L, 12L and 15L bottles.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within our serviced areas across Sydney, Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains and the Central Coast in New South Wales. Free home and office delivery is available within confirmed service areas. Use the postcode checker or contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your address is covered.
Do minimum order quantities apply?
Yes. Current minimums are 25 packs for the 600ml 12-pack, 3 packs for the 350ml 12-pack, 5 bottles for the 10L SMART bottle, 5 bottles for the 5L SMART bottle, and 2 bottles for the 15L returnable bottle. Other product offers and minimums are shown on the relevant product page.
Do I need a customer account?
Yes. A customer account is required to complete checkout. Your account keeps an order history so repeat orders are easier, but ordering does not automatically enrol you in a subscription.
Which bottles are designed for a water cooler?
The 5L, 10L and 12L SMART bottles are listed as cooler-friendly. The 11L and 15L returnable bottles are also designed for compatible water coolers. Check the individual product page before ordering.
Which bottles are returnable?
The 11L and 15L cooler-friendly bottles are returnable and must be returned when empty. Empty bottles are normally collected with your next delivery. Please do not rinse, refill or reuse them yourself.
What cooler and dispenser options are available?
We list bench-top and floor-standing coolers in hot-and-cold or ambient-and-cold configurations, together with a ceramic water tower and a flat-pack dispenser. Contact us for current purchase and rental information. Rental arrangements are organised directly with our team and are not an automatic online subscription.
Do you offer custom-labelled bottled water?
Yes. We offer custom-labelled bottled water for businesses and events. Contact our team to discuss bottle size, artwork, quantity and delivery requirements.
What currency is used on the website?
Website prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). GST is included where applicable.
